Lotus Room Yoga is an intimate studio setting offering a complete mind, body and spirit connection.

Yoga is a very personal and dynamic experience. At Lotus Room we believe in delivering one-on-one attention to each student, uniquely setting us apart from large studios, corporate chains and health clubs. You’ll still receive great physical conditioning with the added bonus of connecting deeper to your center. We come to our mats to practice living our lives with mindful intention.

Our mission is to cultivate all aspects of yoga through asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath), meditation, and yoga philosophy combined with compassion and individual support.
