They also provide hope, and help people achieve their potential by offering training for jobs in a variety of fields. But they don’t just stop there. They also work closely with local businesses to know where jobs are growing and what skills are needed to fill them. Then, they tailor skills training to make sure that career seekers develop the skills that employers want.
